How Subscriptions Work
Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on your selected delivery interval, with products seamlessly delivered by the shop after each successful renewal. For instance, if you initiate a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card monthly, ensuring the products arrive at your doorstep without the need for manual ordering.

Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?
Certainly. You have the flexibility to pause or cancel a subscription at any time through the customer portal, as illustrated in the screenshot below. The only scenario where cancellation may be restricted is if you initiated a subscription requiring a specific number of payments before cancellation becomes applicable. Access to the customer portal is available through the magic link provided in the initial subscription order confirmation email. Alternatively, creating an account in your shop allows access to your subscriptions.

How Can I Skip or Reschedule a Charge?
In the customer portal, you can easily skip or reschedule a charge. Each scheduled delivery presents a “Skip Payment” button for effortless charge skipping. Additionally, the “Reschedule” button next to the delivery date enables you to conveniently adjust the charge schedule.

Can I Add Products to My Subscription?
Absolutely. The customer portal provides a straightforward process for adding products to your subscription. Simply click on the “Edit” button in the products card to modify, remove, or add products to your existing subscription.

What Happens if Payment Can’t Be Processed?
In the event that a subscription renewal is impeded due to payment processing issues, you will receive an email containing a secure link. This link allows you to easily update your payment method, ensuring uninterrupted service for your subscription.
